My approach

01 Audit

I don't just look at your website; I audit your entire acquisition loop. We start by analyzing your Meta/Google Ads account structures alongside your GA4 data and user session recordings (e.g., Hotjar).


I map out the exact "drop-off" points. Are your ads making promises your landing page doesn't keep? Is mobile traffic bouncing at the category level? We identify the friction between click and cart, giving us a prioritized roadmap of revenue leaks to fix immediately.


02 Optimize

Once we know where the leaks are, I systematically plug them using conversion heuristics and behavioral psychology, not subjective design opinions. We overhaul high-impact touch points, like optimising product page (PDP) hierarchy, simplifying information architecture, and removing cognitive load from the demo sign-up.

Depending on your traffic volume, we implement rigorous A/B testing to ensure every UX change mathematically proves a lift in conversion rate and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
